The reception staff were not helpful with my luggage and failed to provide basic information about Wi-Fi during check-in. the balcony view was disappointing, overlooking garbage bags and emanating unpleasant odors from nearby kitchens.

the room was spacious and super clean, loved the breakfast it was really tasty! staff were friendly and always helpful. pools were nice, and not crowded at all, which was a plus! also, it was a chill vibe all around, perfect for my family.
the dinner options were kinda boring and not very flavorful. also, the beach area nearby wasn't great, pretty small and not too nice.
